Your journey starts by arranging a meeting with one of our expert craftsmen and designers. We will visit you at your home or place of work to discuss your specific requirements we will present you with some example materials and finishes that will help you to visualise your initial ideas.
We will take a full brief from you, find out what your wishes and requirements are, we will ask you lots of questions about what you want from the design, we’ll ask what you like what you don’t like, what are your inspirations for your wine cellar. We will also look at the style of your property, what space is available and other important factors that will affect the design as part of this process we will fully measure up your chosen area that you wish to develop.
This part of the process allows us to gain an understanding of the style of your home, the functionality required and what materials and colours would be most suited for your cellar. We will discuss budget at this point to find out how much you would like to invest in your wine cellar project. If you have architects’ drawings, we can of course work with these, but we still welcome the opportunity to visit your home or workplace to professionally survey the intended space to consider it against your concept.
Our Proposal to You
Then with your wishes in our hands we will head back to the workshop at Willow Bridge Mills to develop a concept and a design for your wine cellar solution. So, whether it’s a wine wall, wine room, wine cellar or wine rack all will need planning and designing carefully.
When you commission a wine cellar from us, we will work closely with you to ensure we fully understand your exact requirements and design dreams. You will receive something that is exclusive to you.
After our briefing meeting with you our work starts and we will create you a concept for your wine storage project this starts with a design which is best suited to meet your requirements. Drawings will be prepared to visualise the concept we will sample finishing touches and material examples which will support the design. Once this is complete will arrange to meet you again and come and present our design concept to you. We will work through materials, features, fittings etc and costs. We will work on the design if needed until you are fully happy to sign off the concept.
