All our products have a lifetime guarantee and we will sort any issues there may be (although these are few and far between) and sort them out at no extra cost to you. This depends on the terms and conditions and product guarantee.

Once your project is fully installed we will leave you with a maintenace guide to keep your bespoke wine storage in the best condition.

We are very proud of our newest environmental policy which is a Plant a Tree Initiative. For every project we complete we are planting a tree to create pockets of woodland in the area with native hardwoods. Upon completion of your project we will leave you with your plant a tree initiative certificate.
