Ian Watkinson
Director set up the company on the back of 11 years’ experience. Started as an apprenticeship nr Bedale after leaving school in 1995. Ian travelled the world for six months before going on to work for another cabinet/joinery firm in Northallerton working on some amazing projects. Extremely proud Yorkshireman. Enjoy time with family and has three beautiful daughters. Loves cricket, playing for Sessay and watching Yorkshire County Cricket Club and England.
Our Team
We now have five employees including an apprentice, two cabinet makers and an admin role. Over the next few years as our growth plan unfolds we hope to expand the team and employ more cabinet makers, apprentices and admin/sales/design roles. Here’s a little about our current small but brilliant team.
Adam Clifford
Cabinet maker 1 Proud Irish lad Adam is an experienced cabinet maker/machinist previously worked at Treske furniture. He has been with us since 2015.
Mark Hardwick
Joined the team in July 2023 from a local Cabinet Makers firm with over 30 years of experience. A great addition to the team who lives very local to our workshop in Dalton.
Jude Nutbrown
Started with us on work experience in the summer of 2021, then came back as an apprentice in 2022. He has now passed his Level 2 Furniture manufacturer course at York college.
Robbie Langshaw
Robbie started his time here on work experience in 2022, then started his apprenticeship, following Jude’s footsteps and the other 8 apprentices that we have put through the programme.
Victoria Watkinson
Married to Ian, creating a powerhouse husband and wife team, Victoria joined to help in February 2022. She works alongside Ian and also works in an admin role.
